Live sessions and a physiological report your HR team can actually show.
Corporate
The wellness budget was already spent. No one knows if it worked.
Your team carries the week in their body before the meeting even starts. Traditional corporate wellness programmes, EAPs, meditation apps, sit around 5% real use across the team.* Last quarter's wellness talk is already forgotten. You know you need something else. You just don't know how to prove, in numbers, that it worked.
Technorituals brings real, in-person sessions inside an environment built to induce specific nervous-system states, and hands back the data that shows the shift.

This comes from many years of research translating physiological signals into sensory experience: real studies, controlled conditions, wearable biosensors, and careful data analysis.
Rhythm, contrast, and color are physiological decisions, measurable in heart rate, skin response, and breath. Every visual carries that research behind it.
In a corporate session, that's what turns a good hour into something you can put in front of leadership: a heart rate, skin temperature, and electrodermal (sweat) reading before and after, consolidated into a report with a verifiable authenticity code.
Read the research
This is for companies that already tried generic wellness perks and saw no real adoption, for high-pressure teams in tech, legal, healthcare, and finance carrying measurable burnout, for HR teams that need to justify wellness spend with concrete data, and for companies building employer branding around genuine care for people.
Six layers, one experience. Nothing here is generic or pre-recorded.
I
Live immersive session
Sound bath, guided breathwork, meditation, or somatic movement, facilitated by practitioners with real training.
II
Technorituals audiovisual environment
Visuals designed specifically for that session, built to support and deepen its intended state.
III
Aggregate physiological report
Heart rate, skin temperature, and sweat response (EDA) before and after, anonymised by default, with a verification code leadership can check.
IV
Flexible format
On-site at your office, at an external venue, or hybrid, streaming the visual environment to remote teams.
V
Practitioners with real credentials
A roster with verifiable training in breathwork, sound healing, guided meditation, and somatic dance, across London, Berlin, and Brazil.
VI
Recurring programme
From a single pilot session to a quarterly or annual partnership, with the theme evolving alongside the team.
Three ways to work together, from a single test session to an ongoing partnership. This is the commercial side: how often, how much.
Entry point
A single session with a full report at the end, built to measure adoption and reaction before committing a bigger budget.
Cadence
One session per season, for teams that already tried the pilot and want to see the shift hold over the year.
Brand and long-term
A presence that runs through the whole year, with special editions for launches, offsites, and internal events, and shared brand material included. Cadence and format (single sessions or weekly blocks each quarter) get worked out with HR.
The same four steps every time, whichever format you choose above. This is the operational side: what happens, in order.
01
Diagnosis
A conversation with HR about the team, its stress peaks, and the space available.
02
Pilot session
Live facilitation inside the audiovisual environment, with a physiological reading for each participant.
03
Report
Aggregate reading delivered with a verification code, ready to present internally.
04
Expansion
A decision made on real data: continue, adjust cadence, or commit to a longer partnership.
The practice behind the practice
Technorituals is a creative research lab founded by Ana Sofia Calixto, a Brazilian artist-researcher and creative technologist whose practice lives at the intersection of biometric data, immersive installation, and computational aesthetics.
It's an applied research practice. It's been commissioned by agency A&E DDB for the Paris 2024 Paralympics campaign, shown at the V&A Museum (London) and HAU Hebbel am Ufer (Berlin), and now arrives inside the workplace.
The same rigour that translates biometric signals into sensory experience in artistic and clinical contexts is applied here: the data becomes atmosphere, the research becomes sensation, the corporate session becomes part of an ongoing practice.
It's a live facilitator and a real audiovisual environment, not an app subscription, and every session comes with a physiological reading you can actually show leadership.
One live session with a facilitator, the audiovisual environment, and a full report at the end. See "What you receive" above for the complete breakdown.

Sessions typically work for up to 25 people. Larger teams can be split across multiple sessions.
