Ambar Surastri

Ambar is a London-based sound healing therapist and breathworker who invites individuals and groups to explore (re)connection with themselves and others through stillness, sound and breath, and what this means for them. Her work lies in connection, collaboration and creativity, helping us notice the hidden parts of ourselves that need to surface in mind, body and feelings for change.

She guides individuals and groups with neuroexpansive minds with Technorituals for research on marginalised groups in wellness and healthcare, “Beyond the Binary”. Mental, physical and emotional overwhelm are explored through meditation, sound healing and breathwork supported with generative visuals that are grounded in biofeedback research. We practise essential tools for daily life, doubling down on choice, agency, self-discernment and (re)connection with our nervous system.

The presenting issues of individuals and groups she works with include conflict, belonging, trauma, overwhelm, burnout, cancer diagnosis, grief, and curiosity for change, self-growth, ancestral work and their place in the world.
