Beyond the Binary

From wired to grounded, for the unsettled mind.

8–29 November 2026 · 2–3pm
Taramga Studio, London E17 6DP

Do you have an unsettled mind?

Maybe your thoughts won't switch off. Maybe your body feels wired even when you're exhausted.

This November, Ambar is opening a small group space to practise moving from wired to grounded, through sound, stillness and breath.

Sound

Rest and expand through sound healing instruments and generative visuals from Technorituals, grounded in biofeedback research. No performance, no right way to go about this apart from letting your nervous system respond. The space will be a practice where you explore with curiosity.

Stillness

Meditation and gentle movement, shaped with the neurodivergent and overstimulated mind in mind. Fidget, shift, lie down, whatever stillness looks like for your body is welcome here.

Breath

Conscious connected breathwork to meet your nervous system directly, go deeper if and when you're ready.

Across four weeks, we explore mind, body and feeling with curiosity at a pace that doesn't demand you to mask or perform. You'll leave with more clarity, more spaciousness, and tools you can actually use in daily life. No experience needed.

The visuals

Visuals that induce emotion

Throughout the four weeks, the room is held by live visuals from Technorituals, designed to induce emotion. They follow the arc of each session, from grounding to rest, and are performed live in the room. Each season has its own visual world, so the room you meet in summer is different from the room you meet in spring.
