Emotion,
made spatial.

Immersive wellness sessions in London and Berlin, with visuals that induce emotion, turning what you feel into something you can see.

Wellness

A practice that moves with the year

A new group begins each month, and each course lasts a month before it lets you go.

The visuals for each course are designed in advance, built to support the exact state that practice is meant to bring. You can see the shape of that arc in the course's own programme before you book.

Four worlds live in the rooms, one for every season. Spring leans toward growth. Summer opens into fullness. Autumn loosens its hold. Winter goes quiet. Whichever season you come in, that's the world that holds you.

Each world takes its shape from what's actually happening outside in that season. Coming back through the year means moving with that same cycle: growth in spring, fullness in summer, letting go in autumn, rest in winter.

The research behind it

Every visual is designed to induce a specific emotion in the people in the room. Each space has its own set, and each set changes with the season. Nothing here is a generic loop.

Calm, focus, expansion, release are physiological events, not just feelings. Each visual is engineered to bring on the exact state a practice is reaching for, built from real data gathered in advance from the practices it supports.

Behind every visual there is real research, published in two peer-reviewed papers.

Who it's for

Most people come in after a stretch of bad sleep, a stressful few weeks at work, or just not having stopped in a while. Some come in already steady and want to go deeper. Either way, no experience with meditation, breathwork, or yoga is required. You don't need to know what to expect walking in.

Every session keeps the group small enough that the facilitator can actually read the room, rather than run the same script regardless of who's in it.

What this is, and where it's going

Now

Immersive visual environments, designed in advance for the arc of each practice, built to deepen what you already feel, not distract from it.

January 2027

Biometric data enters the room. The visuals begin responding not only to the session's arc, but to what's happening in your body inside it.

Beyond

A facilitator-guided layer, still taking shape, built around your own data, so you can see it, understand it, and return to it.
